Arbuckle Cattle acquired a range of land that consisted of native forage a number of years ago. We found that this forage would not sustain crossbred cattle very well, then we discovered the Florida Cracker Cattle. This breed of cattle was brought over by Spanish explorers over 500 years ago! The Florida Cracker Cattle adapted and proved to 'finish' well on the natural forage found in Florida. Now finishing grass fed beef on natural forage isn't easy, it takes a LONG time! But at Arbuckle Cattle we are patient and this patience has proved to produce amazing forage finished beef.
Our beef is dry aged and concentrated with a BOLD old world flavor that is incomparable to store bought beef. The USDA inspects all of our animals for health and welfare to ensure we are providing you with the highest quality of beef as possible. We strive to utilize as much of the animal as possible, including bones, heart, liver, tongue, suet, & their beautiful hides. All of our crafted selections are vacuumed packed and sealed for protection and preservation.
